Week 3: Up Goes The Frames

Frames have started to go up and looks like a fair bit of work was done today.

Ground floor looks nearly done so hopefully will see some upper floor tomorrow.

It was good to walk through the house and have a feel of how big each room will be.

Sadly my drone crashed last week and is no longer flying haha, so no aerial photos for now.

Week 3: Frames Delivered

Frames has been delivered, hopefully they will start on it sometime this week.

Week 2: Slow Week... Outdoor Plumbing

Been a slow week and not much done besides outdoor plumbing.

Hopefully the SM will call for our Friday's update and tell me framing is next week. 😃

Week 1: Surprised Slab

On Friday afternoon our site manager called to let us know of the progress during the week and that the slab would be down early next week.

So we were a bit surprised when we dropped by the land today as we were driving around the area and found the slab is already down.

It's good to see progress that we were not expecting...

Week 1: Waffles.. Not The Eating Kind

Good to look at, disgusting to eat.

Waffle pod has been installed and looks like it's nearly completed.

Hopefully slab pouring is tomorrow.

Week 1: Pipes, Mesh and Foam...

Waffle preparation kit delivered and pipes installed.

Week 1: Piering done...

After a long 3 weeks of waiting, we're back in action and piering is done.

Next will be slab work and waffle pods and hopefully if weather permits, we may have a slab by end of week.

Some photo's below, not the best as it was dark. Will get better photo's during the day sometime this week.
