Week 17.6: Gyprock Done

Gyprock is now completed and invoice quickly came.

Spoke to SS about possibility of handover before xmas and he said it's a slim chance.

More likely to be early February as the xmas shutdown is coming and January is pretty much a write off month. SS will try but yeh no promises.

House is starting to look great though, some photo of our completed gyprock downstairs.

Week 17: Bye Scaffold Hello Gyprock

Front scaffold now has been taken down and gyprock started on Monday.

Our fixed windows in the dinning and leisure area has also went in.

Starting to look like a house now.

Week 16: Lower Roof & Eaves In, Lower Bricks Cleaned, Insulation In

This has been a busy week on-site.

We started off with lower roof and eaves install, then scaffolding came down and the bricks was cleaned.

Wooden blocks were added to area's with TV's and also cavity slider frame for the HT has been installed.

Next insulation were put in throughout the house and we've also managed to organised a private inspection for frame stage. Only 2 minor issues were picked up and credit to our SS's for fixing it right away on the day. Gyprock was delivered and was supposed to be installed on Thursday, but someone pinched our 3 HDMI cables so therefore had to wait for electrician to re-run before we can continue. Friday it rained. Hopefully hopefully the rain stays away on Monday so walls can go in.
