This time we're building the Manhattan 39 ensuite (slightly modified). We have accepted tender and is waiting for our drawings and revised tender to arrived.
Admin side of things sure have slowed down since we built with them six years ago, seems like there's a four weeks wait everytime you make a change.
Below is our facade (Savannah) and rough floor plans that we'll be doing.
