Final Electrical and Landscaping Plans, CDC Approved

Since our initial electrical appointment, we have added a few more things to the plans. As it's a bit hard to do this after handover, we had to do it now.

- 5 x Data points to outside of the house for future security cameras
- Power point inside all bathrooms cupboard linking back to light switch, for future under cupboard LED light strips
- We'll be adding a pendant in the foyer
- Power point to niche outside HT with HDMI run from ground linen and rumpus to this point, for future security TV monitor and HDMI splitting from rumpus
- Added boring LED side lights for stairs (we wanted LED light strip but Wisdom and Designer Stairs won't do it)

Our landscaping plans was also slightly changed, to get approval from CDC we had to move the house back by 0.5m.

Bigger front yard but a smaller back yard, we was tiny in the first place. Not what we want but not much we can do.

With that we're CDC approved. Hopefully build should start in about 4-6 weeks.
