Next Stop Construction...
After 5 weeks of waiting for our bank to get their sht together, we're finally all approved and have submitted all the documents required to progress our file to construction.
I am glad we're finally off the admin train and on to the next chapter.
We should start seeing some progress on site too, well at least some fencing and a portaloo.
