Week 13.6: Render Painted, Lower Gutter and Fascia In

Work continued on-site with the rendered balcony painted sometime on Thursday and today lower gutter and fascia were installed.

SS confirmed next week we'll see the lower eaves and roof put in and then lower bricks will be clean.

    This looks fabulous already!

    My husband and I are building with Wisdom as well. Currently waiting for our draft end panel and construction plans (hoping to get them next week). Over all how would you describe your experience with Wisdom? and do you have a completion date as of yet?

      Thanks meralijay.

      Experience has been ok so far. Admin process was the longest and most boring part but once you get to construction it's a lot more exciting.

      We haven't got a date as yet but estimating around start of next year for completion.

      What house are you guys building?

      Oh that's great!
      New year, new home!

      We are building the aspiration 29 with an attached granny flat still waiting on the construction plans and final end panel.. then hopefully can start on site.
      Admin process is annoying but I am happy we are where we are now, our build contract has 30 weeks for completion from starting construction on site. Would you say they stick to this or has it been slow for you?
