Spoke to SS about possibility of handover before xmas and he said it's a slim chance.
More likely to be early February as the xmas shutdown is coming and January is pretty much a write off month. SS will try but yeh no promises.
House is starting to look great though, some photo of our completed gyprock downstairs.
