Week 2: Slow Week... Outdoor Plumbing

Been a slow week and not much done besides outdoor plumbing.

Hopefully the SM will call for our Friday's update and tell me framing is next week. 😃

Week 1: Surprised Slab

On Friday afternoon our site manager called to let us know of the progress during the week and that the slab would be down early next week.

So we were a bit surprised when we dropped by the land today as we were driving around the area and found the slab is already down.

It's good to see progress that we were not expecting...

Week 1: Waffles.. Not The Eating Kind

Good to look at, disgusting to eat.

Waffle pod has been installed and looks like it's nearly completed.

Hopefully slab pouring is tomorrow.

Week 1: Pipes, Mesh and Foam...

Waffle preparation kit delivered and pipes installed.

Week 1: Piering done...

After a long 3 weeks of waiting, we're back in action and piering is done.

Next will be slab work and waffle pods and hopefully if weather permits, we may have a slab by end of week.

Production Estimation: And We're Off... Dirt, Fencing, Portaloo and Site Scrape

Finally some action...

On Tuesday we dropped by the land to have a look and found gravels has been delivered and a temporary fence.

On Friday we dropped by again and found the fencing, portaloo and site has been scrape.

I'm still quite surprised because with all the rain this whole week, I didn't think anything would have happened.

Hopefully they will keep this speed going.

Next Stop Construction...

After 5 weeks of waiting for our bank to get their sht together, we're finally all approved and have submitted all the documents required to progress our file to construction.

I am glad we're finally off the admin train and on to the next chapter.

We should start seeing some progress on site too, well at least some fencing and a portaloo.
